X1 provides panel software, plugins and player/app modules that let our customers configure and manage their own IPTV/OTT infrastructure. X1 does not host, store, index, distribute, or stream any media content, and we do not have access to or control over the content our customers or their end users choose to configure through the Services. Streaming, decoding or distributing copyrighted content without the rights holder's authorization is unlawful, and X1 does not condone it. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their own use of the Services, and any content configured through them, complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The Services, including the X1 name, logos, and software, are the property of X1Tech Solutions SA and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or embed any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under the Terms of Service.
